Business Agreement Contract between John and Sally for the Sale of Cabbages

This agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on the ______ day of ______, 20__, between John ("Seller") and Sally ("Buyer").

The parties agree as follows:

1. Sale of Cabbages: Seller agrees to sell and deliver to Buyer, and Buyer agrees to purchase and receive from Seller, the quantity of cabbages as specified in the Purchase Order.

2. Delivery: Seller agrees to deliver the cabbages to Buyer's premises on the dates specified in the Purchase Order, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Quality of Cabbages: The cabbages delivered by Seller shall be of the quality specified in the Purchase Order and shall conform to all applicable industry standards.

4. Price and Payment Terms: The total price for the cabbages shall be as specified in the Purchase Order. Payment terms shall be as follows: ____________.

5. Cancellation and Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, Buyer shall pay for all cabbages delivered up to the date of termination.

7. Non-Assignment: Neither party may assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party.
